Born and raised in Fall River, MA, Chef Eric Michael moved to Pensacola, FL (by way of Spokane, Washington) in Fall 2014.

With over 20+ years in Restaurant & Hospitality Management, Chef Eric fuses his family’s Azorean roots and Portuguese flavors with southern diner favorites.
